We would rate " Pad Thai" based on how we had it for the first time and pretty much followed every step the instruction said only 3. It would be better to cook it more in the pot after it's cooked in the bag though. Guess because I'm Thai so I can tell that it's not anything near the real Pad Thai to me. We had Freezed Dried Brownie and it's awesome!! We would rate it 10!!!
