@VICTORANDHEIDY hey ya you definately need a meal plan to see great results in this program! i had the same problem as you then started to diet in the second month and the results were unreal! if u have any questions just ask away ill try to get back to ya. Also along with the diet you should look into shakeology. i've been using it for 2 weeks and lost 7 lbs already. it tastes great and really boosts results. It's a little pricey but you should look into it!

nicely done buddy, those are great results keep it up! Im on week 11 and the results r great. Lost around 15 lbs, now been tryin to build more muscle and definition! this program is unreal!
