I've got a mandate to help middle-class families and families that are working hard to try to get into the middle class. That's my mandate. That's what the American people said. They said: Work really hard to help us.

Right now, working really hard to help the middle class means keeping taxes low for 98% of American families who are otherwise staring down a $2,000 tax increase on January 1 -- if Congress doesn't act.

Repubs control the House. Reid has the Senate.They need to take the "Top 2% cut" out. Pass it. Then fight over the rest. Regardless, the media play it All in the Dems favor. When the media teaches stupid, people learn stupid!

But the Republicans control the Congress and have promised to do everything to stop Obama from being a succesful president so, the chance that they will try and raise taxes on the middle classes is very high. The problem Repubs have is why did they people put them in charge of congress If not to stop Obama? but, I think the people want them to work with Obama on ideas to help the country. I feel this is the last chance for Repubs or the Dems will win the congress in two years time

Dental plans are cheap for one tooth... (make sure you brush it)

Obesity kills folks early... no need for Medicare/Medicaid

Tobacco companies give generous benefits (paid by the carton)... no need for Social Security.
