  • I've been training people for ten years and I know one thing to be absolutely true: Weight loss is about 80% nutrition and 20% exercise. You can kill yourself on a treadmill for an hour a day to lose weight but the weight will come back. The only way to keep it off is by putting most of the focus on the diet.
