Have a great time on your trip! If you incorporate your shake into your daily schedule it is a lot easier to remember it. like having it 1st thing every morning or having it daily as your afternoon snack. You are doing great... Fab

Thanks, you are so sweet:-) Yeah, I work days on the weekend and usually monday night, but since its summer I have more free time to swap my schedule around so that I can have time to do things with Todd while he is off work on the weekends. Later in July I have weekend motorcycle class. I can't wait.

Congrats on the weight loss this week. My mom's a nurse and works the night shift. She loves it, but I just think it sounds hard. I hope your schedule starts to ease up soon and you can work days.

My schedule is going to be funky the whole month of July, but its ok b/c I got 2 whole weekends off . One for our motorcycle trip and one for my motorcycle training class :-) I already have my permit, but after this class I can try actually riding.

I work nights too! no option for days :( I would really appreciate any suggestions you have on how you manage your eating when you are working the night shift and how you transition back to being a daytime dweller. Right now when I do that I feel like I am always eating because I am forcing myself to stay awake so I cango back to sleeping at night on the weekends. Any input you have would help. oh. and I hate the protein shakes too. let me know if you find something that works for you plz

I recommend bringing your own food to work. Its good practice for post-op anyway. I drink sugar free redbull to keep me awake or a lil coffee with milk and truvia. I actually like my protein shakes, I just forget to drink them. I drink Chocolate Ultramet Lite. It also has 1/2 of your daily vitamins in it. But I would shop around online before buying. They are individually packaged shake mixes and you only need ice and water. I have a mini blender I keep at work with a few packets. :-)
