Sergei Nakariakov "Variation from Carnival of Venice"

After marvellously playing "Haydn's Cello Concerto in C", Sergei picked up his trumpet and played this variation from Arban's Carnival of Venice. Audio and dynamics are not very clear, as this video was recorded with a digital camera from a big distance (optical zoom x12). St. Moritz, Graubuenden Festival.

I respectfully disagree. Maybe I'm just not looking at the right video but I personally have never seen a video of Ruben playing the last variation cleanly. Every video I have seen has had tempo problems and technique issues. Now, I am in NO WAY discrediting his talent. He is outstanding and a prodigy, but I feel that Sergei is gifted beyond prodigy. He's almost supernatural.
