  • So overall, would you recommend this setup (2500k, GTX 570) to someone who wants to play FSX with great visuals, many addons, but also play FPS games like the CoD series games, BFBC2 and the upcoming BF3? Also, two more questions. First, is 4gb of ram fine? Would you recommend going up to 8gb? And finally, when overclocking, which I plan to do, what CPU cooling (Air, Liquid, and what brand) do you recommend? Thanks man, and sorry for all the questions, I hope to buy a PC just like this soon.

  • @iDonof yes I play those kind of games too, as well as arma2.. breezes though them easy. Any reputable aftermseket air cooler will do the job, no need for water. 4gb is more thsn enough.

  • @uberwagn Thanks man :D

That just made me feel a whole lot better about what I'm gonna get... I was worried it wouldn't work out great for some reason, but thanks :)

  • @iDonof you will love it.

  • Youtube completely butchered this video.. wow.. no stutters in original video.

  • Beautiful landing buddy, "I can't believe it's not butter!"

  • would the gtx 460 1gb work?

  • Nice vid man, as always.

Question: how do you can run fsx with so many addons and still smooth?

I'm running also the 2500k on 4.5ghz, ram4gb 1600, gtx470... And i get 15 fps on mega scenery Schiphol x with rex2, enb, aerosoft Airbus x.... Traffic sliders to 0%

    Is tweaking the answer?

  • @x4457 not in all cases, the theory behind reverse thrust after the nose touches down is because once activated steering the aircraft becomes dificult. however activating reverse thrust prior to nose touch down may be done on short field techniques aka landing 737-800 on key west :) or if aircraft is already aligned on centerline. but u are correct in some instance as it is good practice to wait for the nose to be on the ground prior to reversing the engines to allow a smoother touchdown as wel

  • Great video! Superb landing! One thing I do want to point out though: For the sake of realism (this is just a suggestion), aircraft are supposed to activate reverse thrust once the nose wheel touches the pavement. Other than that, this is one of the better flight sim videos I have ever seen.

  • Incredibly smooth framerate. Are you using liquid cooling?
