I would be cautious of using this footage as "prof" that the paramilitary or APPO shot Brad.... But there are multiple eye wittiness account and the assailants have been identified as local police officers and government officials. But hey, why believe what a bunch of journalist, activists, and citizens say when you can just buy into the unquestionable truth that is the state government.
