I don't know why someone hates Karakasevic only because Serbia...That makes no sense...GO Karakasevic...

I agree with wu999b. It is unfortunate that there aren't any younger, more athletic players coming up who can challenge the top players in Europe. If you look at China, Korea, and Japan, there are plenty of young exciting stars. Karakasevic obviously has nice skills and a good touch, but the fact remains that he is a middle aged man who is not dedicated enough to his sport to maintain a top fitness level.

curios, 3 of the semifinalists are left handed..

continue: Karakasevic simplay doesn't need to move fast, look at his backhand and his whole game. He has a gift from god. :)

Karakasevic lost this game 0:4 but his game is awesome. Look at him, he's 36, got some "extra" weight... Some people say he moves slow, looks fat and more. Why do they say that? He rocks... It was the 1st top event semifinal in his life. It was different comparing to the situation in the match with Steger. He had nothing to loose and he did great. The match with Baum was different. They both were under big pressure but Baum showed (and used) more skills he gained in top events.

ooooooooow
@wu999b Just for the record, Kara play the most matches of all the players on this tournament. He played all the team matches, plays doublles all the way to semi-finals, and singles to semi-finals...in his age..plus he was sick and played last 3 days with temperature arround 38...give him a break man.

@wu999b This 'giant taco' was once world's #32. Maybe he deserves a bit more respect? :)
