@california209598 I remembered cooking for 1200 people a day many years ago boy I tell you people complimented you for the food but in my mind I kept thinking about not throwing up cuz you permeated yourself with that smell all day. No disrespect California 209598 but I'm too tire of eating chinese food. I rather have sticky rice dip in padet (Lao fish) or sticky rice with a bowl of pho. Zaub ntsuab with pork belly. Or quav iab. Yum. No papaya salad, sick of it too now. Or sticky rice with pork intestine with freshly kill pork meat shredded and stirs together with lemon grass, onions and ginger. Oh yummy. Or steam fish in all sorts of ingrediant wrapped in banana leafs and charcoal cook it. Good old style of cooking. LOL.

@hlub82 I do like what you like too. Especially lav nyuj nyoos with quav iab nyum, pork blood, and chicken, and many more. I just haven't post them up yet. These cooking are usually for my wife. She likes them so I usually make it for her. I'm more of your style when it comes to taste. I'll post some later but just don't have time.
