@tinghaling That's quite an ignorant blank statement. You need essential fats which nuts provide.

I'm ten and I think ur my new hero

It's looks good but I never heard of "unsweetened" dried pineapple
-
Trail mix looks great especially with the goji berries wich are my favorite" :)

3:40 thank you...that's exactly why i looked up a trail mix recipe :p

nothing worst than ill-informed non-raw -people trying to make "healthy suggestions" on raw foodist videos.
I love the trail mix! :)

You might say that nuts/seeds are fattening but when youre a raw vegan the one thing you NEED to make sure you do i eat enough fat... i learned that the hard way
-
Nuts are also very fattening
-
What a great mixing bowl with the wooden hands...nice recipe too!

This would be more informative if you said what the nutritional info is on each of the ingredients. Some fatty who is trying to eat healthy will fill a 2 qt bag for a snack.
Saw Jenna live at the 2007 Vibrant Living Expo in Fort Bragg where we screened her documentary. She's beautiful in person, w/ a fantastic figure. The trail mix looks great, but since when are almonds "lowfat"? And no indication whether the nuts have been soaked, which is important.Raw cacao contains concentrated caffeine and is very stimulating, as addicting as coffee (which raw foodists avoid). There is a lot of controversy on the internet about the benefits and hazards of raw cacao.

Thank you for your kind words : ) Almonds are lowfat, as far as nuts go. It's certainly better to soak them, but they won't last long in a trail mix once they're soaked, unless you dehydrate them afterward.
