This is part two of the little boxes that go in a Mahogany jewelry box for my mom for Mother's Day. Part one used the Bridge City Jointmaker Pro to dimension the stock and in this episode, I use the HP6v2 multi-plane to profile the edges and run the panel grooves. Part one also included a good overview of how the JMP works; this part includes an overview of the HP6v2 plane and the multitude of accessories available for it.

  • Socks in the shop wearer. I get yelled at when I do that.

Love your videos. I'm always learning something. Thanks!

  • @TheAristotleQ ha ha, yes, when it's all hand-tools and such, I'll be in there with socks often enough. No wife to yell at me. Does make me go through a lot of socks, though... :)

  • Thanks, Labrat! Definitely is a nice toy, er, saw for small parts!

It was just announced a couple days ago on the Bridge City blog that 4 customers, myself included, will be doing JMP demos at the Bridge City booth at WIA '11. Wander by if you are there and take it for a spin.
