he does not dislocate anything.we used to do that move in wrestling practise.i was 8 yo when i did that move for the first time

He does a dive roll through a hoop. That's child's play. The spikes look like butter knives, and even if they genuinely sharp (and if they were, any decent showman would find a way to demonstrate their sharpness), it would add very little difficulty to the execution of the stunt.
And when I say it's "child's play," I mean it literally; I've seen dive rolls through a hoop by kids at a gym sleepover, just playing around before bedtime.
