That is the one thing I hate about Death Note is the ending.

Kira was right, it is what the world needs. Criminals deserve to die for making the world a rotten place.

I thought this way before Death Note's existance and still believe it today.

Light should have won.

If Light had to lose, why couldn't it be to the REAL L not the wanna be Near.

Plus, Light lost due to someone else's stupid mistake, the light from earlier in the series would have a back up plan, but the end light goes against that.

@snake2006 i totally agree with u. . . . .KIRA's death was something that messed up everything that happened before in anime. . . KIRA didnt failed it was stupid mikami he ruined everything , and stupid idiot matsuda!i was so pissed after i watched the end.. deleted scene is awesome . . i totally think that light has return as unnamed shinigami. ..as ryuuk said at begining-humans who use death note cant go neither to heaven or hell they go to MU,nothingness-shinigami world....
