Connect an LED matrix driven by a MAX7219 to an Arduino board. The PC host streams the down sampled webcam image to it through a Processing program.

  • Hi, good project that you have there.

I'm thinking of doing something similar. But, the dot matrix will displayed not the image from the webcam, but from the bitmap image file.

Is it possible to use processing? Any ideas would help.

    thx

  • It looks great, I'm trying to do something like that using matlab for a school project. Do you have a website or a blog with more details about this?
