Illinois Correction Officers Brutalize Female in Custody

Videotaped on October 17, 2008 in the Tazewell, Illinois, at County Justice Center, after female suspect, Becky Behm, is taken into custody under the suspicion of driving while intoxicated. After Correctional Officer Jeffry Beiber barks orders at Behm and she does not immediately comply, but instead, advances towards the officer, he proceeds to attack her, punching her in the face, and also slamming her head into the wall.
