Pathfinder RPG Beginner Box Preview

The Pathfinder RPG Beginner Box is scheduled for an October 26th release! The very first copies arrived here at the Paizo offices just this week, and we're thrilled with how great the product looks, and how much value we managed to pack into the box.

But don't take my word for it! Take a look at the video, in which I open a copy of the Beginner Box and show off its shiny new contents!

Is it weird that I enjoyed hearing Erik Mona more than the Box? That man is a God in the world of Greyhawk!

That said, I'll defiantly be buying a box or two to supplement the 2 PHBs and APGs that I have. The Pawns alone are awesome! =D

@Tpmler I would say this. I don't have much experience with 4th ed. but a few friends of mine that have been heavy into D&D for years, and all dislike 4th ed. They say it takes away from the freedom creativity of 3.5(which Pathfinder essentially is) and tries to get you to buy extra models and crap for the game. This doesn't, you just need some dice, the book, and some friends. It's a kick-ass starter set for anyone who is new to it

@CircularEntertain There are character generators online - all you have to do is cross out some boxes, and after five-ten minutes, you have a character. If you need some help with character sheets, try finding some already filled out.
