I was doing Pilates for 3weeks back at home and I could not walk. The instractor didn't care if we was beginners or not, she was there only for her self. But Im goin to start again, but MY WAY lol

I had a baby 8 months ago and only lost the 20 lbs that was water and baby... I am stuck and dealing with body issues from my surgery (csection) I really just probably need to stretch and get my muscle strength back. I am starting off slow and then hopefully by the time my hubby comes back from Kuwait, I'll look better than when I was active duty in the army.

that is a really nice environment! nothing like swimming for about 30 minutes and making your self a protein shake.
