That belayer was the goofiest looking guy ever, but hilarious. The rodeo clip was awesome too.

2:40 Rodeo clipping for the win

I have this DVD. Great for beginners learning the basics or experienced climbers just wanting to learn a few new tricks. I don't know Chris or benefit from the movie in any way, just giving props for a good dvd.

Rodeo Clipping is covered in its entirety in the Tips and Tricks section of the Sport Climbing 101 DVD available online at REI, Amazon, Integrity7 or a climbing shop near you.

hope, that's just a preview... you can't learn basic climbing skills in 3:04 min...
but this preview makes one expect a great source to learn all the basics

Thanks. I've never seen that DVD in a climbing shop although I live in one of Europe's largest climbing areas out of the Alps...
Does this video show moving techniques for 5.11 and higher, as well? That might make me thinking about buying it...

Sport Climbing 101 is a brand new release and available in Europe at x-tremevideo, please search online for their website of the same title. They have easy online ordering. Yes, in the second part of the DVD Chris Lindner discusses on-sight, redpoint, and training trips for more advanced climbers. (5.11 and up) Hope this helps! Keep Climbing...
