The Sikorsky H-19, (also known as the S-55) was a multi-purpose helicopter used by the United States Army and United States Air Force. It was also license-built by Westland Aircraft as the Westland Whirlwind in the United Kingdom. United States Navy and Coast Guard models were designated HO4S, while those of the U.S. Marine Corps were HRS.

@turbo19h We, at the MCAS Miramar Flying Leatherneck Aviation Museum are about to roll out an HRS-3, that we've been working on for a while. The body is an HRS-3, but the paint scheme is going to be an HRS-1, HMR-161 HR-1 is going to be the paint scheme.

The first five-plus minutes of film is of Sikorsky HRS-1's of HMR-161 and the Marines of the 1st Marine Division. HMR-161 arrived in Korea in early September 1951. Most of this film was very likely taken by their assigned photographer, SSgt H. Michael McMahon.
