These are kids and it takes a very low person to turn away kids from swimming just because their color don't suit them. I would sue for breach of contract because once they accepted the check there was clearly an understanding involved. When they accepted the check what color did they think they were. I guess the color of the check was ok.

Okay, so now days black people have a black president to look up to for inspiration and they even dress like white people now.
