I have my rook pierced (and i noticed she does too) and I felt like my ear was being ripped off. Would you ask your friend which was worse: the rook or the anti-tragus. Because I really really want to get the at.

This is exactly what she said, "they felt like two completely different pains but to me it hurt the same while getting pierced. Afterwards is so different though. The rook healed really fast and the antitragus takes 6 months to heal and it was hurt more than the rook after."

ahhhh.. right.. i want another piercing. i have my tregus done and i LOVE it, i want another one.. was thinking my conch but i dunno looks painful. :L i was also thinking tongue but i've been put off,, and then come the anti tregus, does it just feel the same as a tregus becasue i didnt really feel my tregus peircing lol so yeah please replyyyyy xx

My friend that got her anti-tragus in this video said that this was definitely more painful than the tragus. I can see why though, because there is just a lot more cartilage for the earring to go through, and it takes longer for cartilage to heal because there is less blood flow which would aid in the healing. So, it'd be soar for longer. ..I hope that answers your question alright. :-)

I have a tragus piercing and god it hurt so much, glad that's over. Now i wanna get the anti tragus in my other ear.

If you think that getting the tragus hurt, then getting the anti tragus will KILL! lol. but really, it's supposed to hurt a lot more because there's a lot more tissue in that area of the ear.

I had my tragus done about 6 yrs ago, for me it was just a sting. Thinking of doing the anti tragus and a forward helix at the same time. Not on both ears. If the tragus was just a sting what would you opinion be. Thanks

I have the EXACT same piercings in my right ear as she does, and I was thinking of getting my anti tragus so this is a good sneak peek into how it will look lol

Got my right anti-tragus done today (I had the left one done last year) and yes it hurts while its going through but soon stops hurting and just aches instead. However it is a long healing process. My left one took around five months so I am expecting the same for my right one. However I think its a cool looking piercing so it was worth the pain...twice.
