it is his leg. notice the light from the window. the glare that extends in front of the bass drum, that is coming from the window in the background. since he is a right handed the highhat is on his left side. notice how it goes with every down strum of Mr. Gregory Hoskin's guitar. he is keeping time. yes it stops for a while because that is what the song calls for. then you will notice it picks up as the Mr. Hoskins sings louder. ok so enough of "ghost" sticks. ENJOY THE MUSIC. i want this!

What looks like a second stick in his left hand is just the light shining off his leg. you can see that at 3:53. He's using hot sticks.
