ive never seen a micro-t with lights other than mine either!I do know that a couple hobby stores pre install our lights into some micro-t's so maybe thats what you saw?... and yes it does affect the run time about a minute but they warn you by dimming when you hit the throttle so I use it as a low battery sensor as well!
