Video recording: Camstudio (free)

Syncing/publish: Windows Live Movie Maker (free)

Voice recording: Audacity (free)


Process used:

1 - hit record on camstudio

2-hit record on audacity (make sure settings are correct)

3 - record the whole thing then stop camstudio. save to desktop

4 - then stop audacity

5 - export audacity file as WAV

6 - Open movie maker

7 - Import the video and music (voice)

8 - Sync it (manually) and publish (file menu)

I recommend resolution 480 or 720 (HD).

1080 takes too long. 360 is soso, 240 is awful.

@JustLikeACreeper eh its free for unlimited use, unlike fraps which has like a 30 second clip for free. I dont feel like compiling and what not. cam studio is each to use too, and its good as long as there is good lighting
