ohhh pulleezzz "psychology is hate" another sexist trying to justify. i am embarrassed as a man by this man's own myopic minded agenda. Sure there is prejudice. i have seen it played out in divorce courts and custody battles but it doesn't make up for all the patriarchy that has oppressed women in the past n today around the world. I too taught at university. this guy is an academic pin head.

Were the subjects women by any chance? It is human tendency to put down other people that are not 'like them' in some way or another, their attitude was clearly a problem, but, I can't help but think this was not a mixed test group, because people are happy to put down others but of course not themselves.

i agree with you, but i relised that what had happened in the past to anyone, affects you in the future, so if a woman was screwed around by a bunch of guys are the ones who end up saying that men are ( negative thoughts ) the same law gose to men

When you stated that the group was comprised of mental health professionals I was both shocked and saddened. I do see our female clients in recovery as being enabled and not encouraged to take responsibilities for their choices. This is not conducive to a good recovery. This is depressing.

Male mammals are boundary defenders. Female mammals are boundary crossers. Want to understand humans? Study mammals, not people. Mammals show how we are mammals too. Males fight for territory. Females do not fight or kill for sex. Males do. Males defend territory and that is why male mammals are hated. Politics, religion, language, education, money, screw it all up and cause society to disintegrate. It's all selfish greed from money, money, money, debasement, taxes, and subsidies.

@MissHystic I can tell you why, cause most men are letting their biology do most of their thinking. Meaning men are in competition with each other for female approval and companionship.

They will gladly, and without hesitation knock off their fellow men in order to get a pat on the head from a female.

Course men are changing, slowly but surely...they are changing.

Men in Japan made the most progress in this change thus far.

What upset me here is the lack of negative comments about women in general. If the room were full of people like the amazing atheist instead of being full of people like rosie o'donnel. You would've gotten comments like "women are secretive, narcissistic little cunts who put on pretty faces, bitches, jealous of men etc etc". I grow tired of this propaganda mind control about how women are victims to men, and whenever the woman is abused by a man she is completely innocent.

Erm didn't you hear the first part? The crowd wrote down many extremely sexist terms about men but none about women and yet you call this man the sexist? I don't much care for your claims to have taught at university, if you were one of my professors i would walk out of your class for saying such overtly ignorant things.

Key word you used, "past", yes in the west women had some oppression but not for the last 3 generations and playing on the past is pathetic.

@Pisces31660 Actually mate PAtriarchy never " oppressed women." Sure women couldn't do many things under a patriarchy, such as own property, or vote, but they also didn't have to go to war, work in a coal mine 18 hours a day, they had no social responsibility at all. In fact women didn't want the vote until the majority of those things had been rectified so they wouldn't have to do any of them.
