MikeC is an awesome person & chef who is really enthusiastic and passionate about organic ingredients, and he is really enjoying being our new host for Organic Living TV with the HIppy Gourmet. MikeC comes from a culinary teaching background and has a lot of experience working with large audiences, so this is probably the electric/edginess you notice. Honestly, he's the most lovable character you'd ever want to meet and has an insatiable desire to learn from others.

AWESOME video! The soup looks delicious... Cafe Gibraltar is the BEST of the best and we recommend it to everyone! It's a little over an hour away from us and is ALWAYS worth the trip! :o)

Bruce was so laid back and yet enthusiastic. The new host seems almost confrontational with the guests sometimes... are people seeing this? MikeC seems very knowledgable, but he has an edge!

I do as well. It is one of my favorites. I want to take a trip to California just to go to some of these amazing restaurants that are featured on the show.

You know Bruce (aka the other guy) wanted to retire from being on TV to pursue other activities. We LOVE MikeC and thank our lucky stars each and every day that he is our new chef host. As you watch him you'll discover his intelligent sense of humor + his skills as a chef and TV host.
