@nate42nd I am sure I will, will you give me the cash for buying it?

I have more than 200GB of software installed, that drive wouldnt help me at all. make them bigger and cheaper, NOW!

I wish you would give the suggested retail price of items you review. I have no idea what the price would be for this drive.

There is a problem with the windows 7 rating for hardware, if you go to forum websites you will see that everyone gets the same rating. If you have Kaaspersky, you will also not be able to rate your system (windows 7) because it conflicts with it. Hope you find that helpful.

Hey does anyone know what the windows 7 speed rating is on this thing is it at least 7.2?

FYI - I have this very drive and have used it for about 100 days. I LOVE it and would never go back. I have it for my high end desktop boot drive and it works wonders. Get it. You will love it too.

Ahh I see, thanks

I realize all of this, and I can see where terabyte harddrives would come in handy, even for consumers, but I hear all the talk about SSD's limited capacity, and like you said, 128 gigs is suficient for most people, so it doesn't make sense. with my current data, I could probably store several games and HD movies without breaking that mark

I meant to say, No offense, but it's not true. I wish youtube let you edit comments, lol. also with a different cpu, executable sizes could vary.
And that space could be someone's video library, or movies and use 2TB. I don't do that, but if someone doesn't save movies, even 1TB is gigantic. But 128GB SSD should be sufficient for most people for either platform. But Games are really big on PC. Not because PC uses more, but they just make them really big visual experiences with tons of storage for 3d textures, sound, video etc. There's fewer games on mac, but there may be some big ones there too.

Not true, the velociraptors barely break 118MB/s for only 10% of the drive, and then it decays swiftly. This video used TWO velocirapters verses only one SSD. The average transfer rate of one Veloci is 98.4 MB/s This SSD drive is about 200MB/s, 184MB/s write, average 195. So it's like twice as fast as a VelociRaptor. Also access time for SSD blows the veloci away because it's .1ms vs 6ms.
