03/03/2009 - For conditoning purposes at the end of his training session - Adam G. put on his full gear (minus helmet, mask, and tank) and performed alternating step-ups onto a 12" box for 20 minutes non-stop! (He wore a 50-pound vest to make up for the fact that he didn't wear his helmet, mask, and tank.) Adam also does strongman training and just about everything else you can think of.

I'd hate to think of it ever happening, but this is the kinda guy I want pulling me out of a burning building.

Who said training always has to be with weights?!?! We do it ALL right here at....

  • 20 minutes with full-gear and a weight vest? way to go guy! but please do run the funky turnouts through the extractor or at least a regular washing machine..
