Totally. One of the best climbing (even out of the saddle) 6 1/2 inch (160+mm) travel bikes I've been on. Better than 2 other shorter travel full suspension bikes I've owned including my Yeti 575! I did upgrade a couple of things. The stock fork on the Redemption 2 is a Lyrik coil, I upgraded to the Lyrik 2-step Air. Plus, the stock handle bar had a strange sweep so I traded that out for a wider (710mm) more traditional sweep.
