  • I want to make a similar video to this with some more advance stuff??? would there even be any interest??

  • Let me get this straight. A UPS driver burns more calories in his daily work than a marathon runner?

  • im 165 i eat about 2500 calories per day i work out and i dont lose or gain weight

  • Okay I will read more into thanks. :)

  • i think the people that their telling to eat more than 2000 calories actually are the ones that burn more calories than the average person. i think their idea of the "average person" is someone that doesn't work out or isn't really active. idk man, just look up calories on the internet and get a better perspective on calories, i'm sure it'll make sense to you once you have a complete understanding. i thought the same thing you did, until i actually read more into it...trust me it all works.

  • Yes, but if the recommended daily guideline is 2000 cals, whats the point telling people to eat more then that. Thats what confuses me, I understand the maths behind it and if you want to stay 250 lbs then yes you will need to eat more cals, what I'm saying is that to maintain a healthy lifestyle then you shouldn't be telling people to eat more then 2000 cals unless they burning more then the average person a day.

  • WRONG...the advice she's giving is the same advice every other fitness and health expert is giving. say if you weighed 250lbs and you wanted to stay at that weight, you just have to make sure your daily calorie intake is 2500 calories, no more, no less. also if you wanted to lower your weight from 250lbs to 215lbs all you have to do is consume 2150 calories per day instead...don't forgot to count how much calories you burn exercising and doing other daily activities.

  • that doesn't make sense surely, using this idea the more you weigh the more you can eat; shouldn't it be the other way around? Say if you weighed 250lbs then you surely shouldnt be eating 2500 calories a day even doing moderate activity? Even if you minused the 500 cals for the weight loss it still takes you down to 2000 a day. :S
