Hey I'm Jace and I'm here to tell you how to make an Aperol Spritz. I'm a Bartender out here at The Fifth Estate in Park Slope, Brooklyn. First of you want to take a chilled glass, a rocks Glass that is. And you take some Sparkling Wine or Champagne and fill it up to about half level. So start of by doing that. The 2nd ingredient to the Aperol Spritz is the Aperol itself, so its going to be one ounce of Aperol, and we'll do that. Drop that in there and then we're going to take a little bit of Regan's number 9 Orange Bitters, a couple of dashes of that. And simply garnish with an Orange Wedge on the rim of the glass.
