MM as I am really new in the KAT-TUN fandome, could you please help me out a bit? First, what does being a Johnny's mean and second, why has Jin left and why would everyone dislike him? Did they quarrel or is Jin having a nasty personality?

Hmm First, i don't know what do you mean by your first question but being a Johnny's means that people that joins would be part of a highly recognized entretainment company in Japan, normally those who join are cataloged as idols. And Second Jin left because he has his dreams as priority and since he was given the chance of getting the to become true he decided to go after it...

Jin left not because they disliked him neither because of his personality, he left because he didn't wanted to cause trobles to KAT-TUN by Going and coming from US to Japan, that's why he left.
