I love the bass artist at the start of the song, when he just goes random. Its sound terrific !

Vocally, this is the best live performance of the song, not to mention the mix of the instruments, even though he can't get right into the song because he misses the cue when he unwraps the mic. VB always seems to be searching for the right notes. TC seems to nail it - and you may be right, she could have been hit with the shaker. Always an uplifting song.

@fordfan197 - the Laneway Festival is an annual festival that travels across australia, NZ and singapore. today is sydney's turn. they must be doing a live broadcast, so tune in and check it out! i'll be at the sydney one, so you might see me tonight, ha ha :)

Ive heard her name is victoria bergman, not tracy! so what is her name?

in the original version, Victoria (from The Concretes, and her surname is Bergsman or Bergman - not sure) sang, but in this version, it was Traceyanne from Camera Obscura. C.O. were on the same Laneway festival bill and Traceyanne is apparently, Victoria's best friend, so it made sense for her to fill in on vocal duties.

This video's awesome. I like his duet with Tracy better than Victoria. I especially like the lighting and the crowd shot. Awesome!
