Fox News Forgets Private Property Rights?

Despite all the warnings about looming socialism and even communism coming from Fox News these days, the concept of private property rights seemed wholly absent when Fox News' Megyn Kelly reported on a controversy in Gaffney, South Carolina, that resulted from a Bank of America branch's temporary removal of American flags placed on its property by Brenda Earls to memorialize the death in Afghanistan of US Marine Lance Corporal Christopher Fowlkes, as I show in this video.

The flags should not be placed on bank property without permission. But when removed by bank employees, FOX has the right to give their opinion on the removal.

@rockabye63 Try listening to what he said. There are words in there that explain what happened. BofA company policy says no to someone just putting anything they want on their property. As their representative, she was following company policy. If they would have done it on my land I would've had some new fire starter. It's called private property. You know, the very thing you false patriots are always yelling about.

So you are saying that the person who removed the flags was the owner of the property? I was somehow under the belief she was the manager of the branch, but you stated she was the property owner. If it was private property it would be one thing, but if it is used for public use, it falls under a whole set of rules. Sounds like the Owner (as you call her) is not proud to be an American.
