This specific tutorial is for the girl who wants to stand out in the crowd and command attention. The Prom Queen glitters and sparkles more than the crown on her head! This look is very versatile and can be worn using different colours for the lips, cheeks and eyes to match other dress colours. It features dewy, shimmery, glowing skin and sparkly, glittery purple eyes with plumped up pink lips. This look is definitely fit for prom royalty!!!
