This is a follow-up endoscopy on a patient who has cirrhosis, and developed hepatocellular carcinoma. He was listed for liver transplant, and underwent transarterial chemoembolization (TACE). Following the TACE, he developed abdominal pain. An endoscopy done on 2-24-09 showed a huge fundal vulcer in the stomach, as a result of run-off from the TACE. This follow-up endoscopy looks better, though a deep ulcer persists.
