sure, know that i remember
it seems as if he has something on his back to straighten the shoulders(like sticks or small poles) and he cutted the middle where the head drops. So basically he dropped real low to the ground and got back up slowly so he wont screw up the shoulders on his back

That seems logical.. It definitely looks like there are some sticks of some sort behind the actualy person.
It also looks like the hands aren't real but are just props because when he/she starts getting up you can see her/his real elbows moving around in the cloak far below the makeshift hands.
