The young girl has ataxia cerebral palsy, she was losing her balance at points, just because her assault was not as bad as other childrens abuse does not make it discipline. the man swears, threatens, pushes, loses his temper, he was concerned about his own back, how would he as a judge look if his daughter was caught stealing online, and you sound like a thug and a black, white educated people should know how to discipline without resorting to violence

i understand what you are saying my cousin don't get disciplined at all and now they run the house hold the youngest is out having sex with older women and his mom wont do anything to stop it because shes afraid to do anything to him. and she even admits when they were kids she would never whoop them hell i remember getting my ass whooped for looking at my mother wrong.

I've never felt sorry for someone getting beat when marijuana was found in their possesion, if you can even call it a "beating", it's really more of just them resisting arrest. And I perfectly understand the logic that some people simply don't learn any other way, and I don't have a problem with maybe a little slap here and there or something like that, but not a real beating like this, especially being that she's disabled.

Of course beating a kid into a traumatised obedient person is a lot easier than educating someone on making correct moral decisions and becoming a valuable asset to society! This would require some level of intelligence on the parents part... No need to say more!

This kind of beating is not for discipline. This kind of beating is only for having fun with violence by using discipline as an excuse. The whole earth is filled with criminals like this man. One day the child puts his shoes in the wrong place-excuse for barbaric beating. Another day the child plays computer game instead of studying-excuse for barbaric beating. Another day the child forget to do some cleaning-excuse for barbaric beating. Men like this always have excuses for their crimes.
