Best scene in the whole damn film! I remember watching this for the first time, I had taken such a liking to Lecter. During the elevator scene, I was so worried that he was dead, everything was pointing towards it. I nearly got sad, but then came this scene, and I just shouted "YES! OWNED, POLICEMEN!" :)
