I love the song, the poem is moving, but their energy is nonchalant. It's an Irish Folk Song, where's the pride? Where's the joy? Their age shouldn't betray their desire to share their heritage.

Watch this video right to the end - after the song Tommy recites a wonderful poem by James H. Cousins. It's brilliant, but the thing I especially want to say is: look at Paddy's rapt attention from 3.13-3.27 (and especially the little shake of the head at 3.21!). Such respect and affection for a fellow performer on stage, Its great to see. :)
