The U.S. Supreme Court handles about 10,000 petitions a year. Most petitions that are distributed for conference will not actually be discussed.
If a petitions is denied and re-filed to another justice, the second justice will usually send it to conference, just to prevent further re-filings. Such petitions are normally denied without discussion. All the Obama eligibility cases that got to conference did so as re-filings of denied petitions.

Did you bother to listen? We're talking about a guy - Danny Bickell - who took it upon himself to manipulate the docket so that the justices didn't know these petitions were even scheduled for conference. Why are Obama cultists, hell Obama himself, so afraid of this issue? Why won't Obama so much as identify the hospital he was born in? Every bit of evidence in the record points to him not being a US Citizen, including family statements. There is nothing on the ledger to dispute it.
