I was devastated when she signed the Polanski petition, because I feared perhaps she wasn't the wonder I had grown to love, but after getting a wonderous spare moment with her Saturday at the New Yorker Fest, she told me she had signed because she questioned the fairness of the courts, not that Roman was above the law or that she thought what he did was excusable.
I wish to get that information out, to anyone who may have lost faith in Tilda over this.

I could listen to her read the telephone book. She has to be one of the most intriguing human beings on the face of the earth. She seems incredibly smart and level headed about her life. I don't know how she does does it. Tilda, stay awesome.
