@Rendfather 4wd means less power to the wheels cause it has the go through more parts and it makes it heavier so end result slower topspeed

I was looking at the Porsche website and the Carrera 4S top speed is slower than the Carrera S top speed. And the Carrera top speed is higher than the Carrera 4 top speed? I would think the 4WD would make it faster, why is it slower?

@Rendfather the function of the 4wd is not to make the car faster is to give stability especially in rain, snow, wet cornering, the difference is that the 2wd the power of the engine goes straight to the wheels, 4wd is the power of the engine passes first through a device, electric - hydraulic and distributes power to all four wheels, so it gets a few seconds slower
