eating livestock is not inhumane these animals were intended to be consumed. Cattle were domesticated over 10,000 years ago by the egyptian to work and be eaten. so many farmers today depend on livestock to earn their living and yet our occupation is critisized most of all. I hope all of you realize that it is illegal to feed parts of an animal to the same species. it has been for years. If our beef wasn't safe we wouldn't be allowed to raise it same with any other crop

@steer1300 many farmers are being pressured to reduce cost and then compromise safety, health factors and animal welfare. in the 20th and this 21th century, with the big agrochemical organizations like monsanto leading the way to controversial biotechnology and veterinary pharmaceutical, people should be aware of the possibilities this practice may bring. We should look at the long term effect.

OMG....Thank YOU for posting omoshiroii... THIS was such an eye opener. EVERY meat eating Canadian who VOTES should watch ALL of this documentary!!! Damn Health Canada...who believes it is in such insignificant amount..BS... Remember, lead paint SEEMED like a good idea at the time....so did asbestos insulation!
