@dekada00 Disagree. This is one of the best "feel good" movies of the latter 20th century.

It shows everyone just having a good time. It is the best of this type of 80s film.

The montage shows all sorts of fads and activities that were popular at that time.

It is sort of a mini history lesson AND a great song.

Well done to whoever put this up. I made my own version of almost exactly this section of the movie from my old VHS about 10 years ago, and the song's not the same without the movie's intro and interruptions.

BTW, if anyone wants to buy this on DVD, it's finally available. Check UK Amazon if you can't find it where you are.

MY fave MOVie OF ALL TIME !! Nothing compares or comes close.. !! THe music is unbeatable and HAS the best Ending I have seeen !! THe best things in LIfe came in the 80's ! makes todays FIlms all CGI CRAP AND HAVE no PAssion in them UNLIKE THIS !!! real actors NOT BIG HEADed UPthemselves ALL ABOUt the money rather than the story !!
