ontario in general this past winter was not cold in fact it was warm, as were the past 10yrs but your right about the storms We got more snow this year than the past 5 yrs but its the warmer weather conditions that make more snow picking up moisture from the great lakes which are not freezing very much. We get snow storms from the lakes it seems like winter is getting colder because of decent amounts of snow but the lakes and rivers arent freezing up good as they havint for the past 10yrs or so

Thanks for your comment. Actually, with some areas like Vancouver, BC getting colder and with longer winters while other areas are getting warmer gives proof of the polar wobble she speaks about .. that we are now in. If you look worldwide, strange weather is everywhere and the movements of birds, animals and fish are changing.
