  • If Subway is junk, why are they approved by nutrition experts & even doctors? I am not saying Subway is the best thing for you, & yes, you are right about eating a higher quality, healthier sandwich at home, but that comes at an expense for "better" ingredients & it takes time. Subway is much healthier for you than McDonalds, Burger King, Chickfile & most other fast food chains out there & is a pretty good value since it doesn't clog your arteries ;-)

    I make my own sandwich. Arnold's Whole Wheat bread (No High Fructose Syrup), sliced Turkey breast, and Swiss cheese. Some Almond's and water.

    That's my kind of lunch.
