Excellent interview, even better product!
Production Ink Jet is going to make much of toner based offerings obsolete...RISO shows commitment with an entire family all at once! Competitor's should worry if RISO can establish a major account presence. However, RISO must be mindful that to play with the big guys they'll need a services and support story to effectively peddle the new technology.
Bravo RISO on this bold step!
