  • Wow... I did this as a Freshman many years ago,,, and never been able to find a recording of it. It was very special to our choir. I thank you for putting it up. And Great altos and i just wish i could hear more tenor with better intonation. balance is okay, but as usual, sopranos try and take the spotlight. this song isnt a soprano showcase though. but overall well done

  • @tenderlaceration

Its "YE", but it may come out as 'HE' because they sound similar. They weren't trying to sing 'She' at all.

  • Some choirs are just not that great, but video recorders never really help them out much. And why do they get sheet music??? My choir rarely gets to use it during concert.

  • Love this song. I sang it way back in middle school.

  • My husband heard this from across the room and started to singg along. Before I could read him the comments from others he stated it's good but the pronunciation and accent was a little off. But not bad for a high school choir. Though you would expect them to do better when they are holding the sheet music.

  • Beautiful sound from the sopranos and the violinist was amazing

  • yeah they could be better but its mosly the teachers felt not teaching them to pernouce it proper

  • 0:35 "*Mumble* can he bloom so fair...?" :[ I mean if you have the music in your HAND you shouldn't have trouble with diction at all, let alone not sing anything.

  • This song is so beautiful and sad! We're doing it for choir and I love it :)

  • we did this my sophmore year i love it
